The meeting will take place in the Teaching and Learning building on the University of Birmingham campus (postcode B15 2SB).
Getting here
By rail
The campus has an excellent railway connection and we encourage attendees to prioritise this means of travel. Most cross-country services to Birmingham arrive at New Street Station. Up to six trains an hour depart for the University on the cross-city line (ten minutes to University station, final destination Bromsgrove or Redditch). The Haworth building (ECR meeting venue) and Teaching and Learning Building (main Christmas meeting venue) are a five-minute walk from University Station.

The Ground Floor bays are reserved exclusively for Hotel Guests only. Please note that this car park does not have a lift.
Chargeable Period is Monday - Sunday 08:00am - 6:00pm. This includes weekends. Parking at the University of Birmingham is free of charge after 6.00pm.

Located on campus and housing 185 bedrooms, this hotel is only a 5 minutes walk from the venue.

There are a large number of affordable hotels in the city centre of Birmingham which can be reached within 6 minutes by the University railway link.
